That current source is a large (87.6 MB) pdf file that I prepared a couple of years ago which may be downloaded here. Note to the downloader: while the pdf will open in your browser, you may have difficulty, as I did, to read the many rather extensive pop-up notes in that manner. Better is almost certainly to open it in a pdf program. You very likely have such on your computer, but if you’re having trouble, try this: Adobe Reader.
